GREAT smelling homemade laundry soap that REALLY cleans good!!

Homemade Laundry Soap

 5 gal. Bucket with lid
1 bar - Fels' Naptha soap
20 tablespoons Downy unstoppable (I used the blue one)
2 cups Borax
2 cups Arm and Hammer WASHING Soda

I got all ingredients at Wal-Mart in the laundry detergent section.

Put 4 cups of water in large pot to boil. Grate bar of Fels' Naptha soap and add to boiling water. Turn down heat to medium. Stir until dissolved. Slowly add 15 Tablespoons of Downy Unstoppable while stirring. Take off heat.

Fill 5 gal bucket 2/3 full with warm water. Pour in melted soap mixture. Add Borax and washing soda and stir. Add water to bucket until about 3 inches for top of bucket. Stir, cover and let set for 12 hours or overnight then open bucket and stir again.

Stir soap each time before filling your container. Soap is concentrated so use 1/2 cup for a large load.

Altered Clipboard...

I finally got around to making my first altered clipboard! I have been having the clipboard for over a year and never did anything with it, so today I was looking for something to do and decided to make Sydney's Kindergarten teacher an altered clipboard. Hope she likes it!!

Reward Chart...

Here is the reward chart that I made for my Kindergartner to help promote "Happy Faces". She adds a reward each time she comes home with a happy face and when she gets to 10, she gets to cash them in for a reward. She is SUPER excited about it!!

I used a cheap art canvas and cut vinyl with my Expression machine. The Awards are cut from paper, laminated and attached with Velcro.

Carts used: My Community, Plantin SchoolBook & Hello Kitty Font
